ORDERS: All orders, even if they have been previously agreed over the telephone, must be confirmed in writing, either by email, fax or letter. We will likewise issue a written confirmation, including the price, the method of delivery and any other conditions which have been previously agreed.
PAYMENTS: Payment must be received in full before delivery. Prices include all tax.
DELIVERY: Your order will be sent by overland transport, for this reason and in order to lower costs, our terrariums are sent unassembled. For orders over a certain quantity we can share delivery costs, and for even larger orders we will assume the cost of delivery. Please consult with us on this matter.
Delivery instructions: Your order is completely insured against loss or damage during its tranport. In the case of loss or damages, you should follow the following instructions strictly, otherwise your claim may be denied.
Collections and deliveries: Normal collections and deliveries to homes are carried out. We commit to deliveries to ground floor addresses. (If the destination is a building, the goods will be delivered to the ground floor). Deliveries will be made only to home addresses, so if the person is not at home when the delivery arrives, they should later collect the goods from the local depositary of the transport service. For this reason customers must supply a contact telephone number before delivery, and we will call that number up to two times. Once we have received an order we will also supply the customer with the contact details of the transport service in that area, to allow the customer to coordinate the delivery.
Receipt of the goods: In the case of a claim, the customer must notify us of any imperfections within 24 hours of delivery, and document these imperfections with photographs to assess the damage.
